If our service fits your needs, our iACT Wellbeing Practitioner will have a one-time, 45-minute consultation with you to better understand your current wellbeing status and emotional needs.
Together, you will also explore suitable community resources to take care of your emotional wellbeing. The conversation can take place online, face-to-face or over the phone, according to your preference.
This programme is not suitable for individuals diagnosed with severe or complex mental health conditions.

- Have a 45-minute online (video or call) or in-person (at designated Mannings stores) conversation with an iACT Wellbeing Practitioner
- An iACT Wellbeing Practitioner will recommend appropriate community resources based on your situation
The programme is suitable for adults aged 18-65 who…
- Are interested in understanding their emotional wellbeing and status and/or
- Experience the following problems:
- Mild to severe anxiety (including social, generalised, health, exam anxiety etc.)
- Mild to moderate depression
- Other emotional challenges including (but not limited to):
