Instructed by Prof. Susan Bögels, international mindfulness expert, and Dr. Elisabeth Wong, local specialist in psychiatry and university honorary professor, MYmind is a structured evidence-based mindfulness training for children and adolescents with ADHD and ASD. We also offer a parallel mindful parenting (MP) training for their parents. Certificate will be awarded upon reaching the specified attendance rate.

Our upbringing influences our relationships with children, partners, colleagues, friends, clients, and students, and most importantly, our relationship with ourselves. During this five-day mindfulness retreat, we will explore the ‘roots of suffering’ through various mindfulness practices, insight dialogues, and ‘reparenting’ exercises, examining and reconnecting with the relationship with our inner child.
