Healthy Mind Pilot Project
The government-funded “Healthy Mind Pilot Project” was launched in August 2024 to provide
free mental health assessments on a trial basis for members of
the Tuen Mun District Health Centre (DHC), Yau Tsim Mong District Health Centre Express (DHCE) and Eastern DHCE.
After preliminary assessments,
the staff of the three DHC and DHCEs mentioned above will, in accordance with the protocol,
advise members with symptoms of mild to moderate depression or anxiety to visit service providers in the same district
under the Pilot Project for further assessments and follow-up.
Mind HK is currently the service provider for the Pilot Project at the Eastern DHCE and Yau Tsim Mong DHCE,
offering free, emotional assessments and low-intensity psychological support to members in need in the same district.
