OUR SERVICE

Free Wellbeing Check-in

Regular emotional check-ins are super important! Sign up for our free Wellbeing Check-in Service, our Wellbeing Practitioner will arrange a one-time, 45-minute consultation to better understand your current wellbeing status and emotional needs.

We offer online sessions (video or phone calls), or you can choose to visit 5 selected Mannings stores in person. After the assessment, we will recommend appropriate community resources to support your mental health journey.

OUR SERVICE

Free online psychological support

Mind HK provides free one-on-one mental health support for Hong Kong residents aged 12 or above through the iACT® service. Our trained Wellbeing Practitioners are here to help anyone dealing with mild to moderate anxiety, depression, or emotional issues.

Just follow four simple steps to complete an online mental health assessment, and we’ll match you with a Wellbeing Practitioner to provide personalised mental health support for you.

Step 1

Step 2

We will review your assessment results to check if our services meet your needs. We will respond within 10 working days.

Step 3

We will match you with one of our Wellbeing Practitioners.

Step 4

You will have 6-8 confidential, 1 on 1 support sessions with our Wellbeing Practitioner.

One of Mind HK’s core goals is to raise awareness through workshops, training sessions, and talks, in order to increase awareness and understanding of mental health in Hong Kong.

With an evidence-based training approach, you can empower yourselves and people around you to take a step further in their wellbeing.

Private Training
